Just put Tray 3 in. After flossing, brushing my teeth, and rinsing with Act rinse. Well, the bottom ones were still more difficult to put in (this time the right side was loose until I got the front pushed down) and the top one, while I think I got okay, looks like there's space under my front teeth even though I think I pushed the trays up as much as I can. Well, maybe once they start moving they'll go all the way up. Anyway, whereas last time it look me an hour to get the bottom tray over my teeth, this time it took less than 10 minutes!
That one tooth I mentioned in my last post, that hurt? Well, I thought it stopped hurting but not really. I think I noticed it Thanksgiving morning, and after taking my trays out to eat dinner, it was fine and the pain stopped. It would hurt a little when taking the trays out but leaving them out for a bit helped. I wonder if the tray pushed into the gum line or something? It's behind my top left tooth (not the front left tooth, but the one right next to it). I became paranoid this evening that it meant I have a cavity or root absorption, and started reading about it and freaking myself out! But I am only four weeks into this; I don't think it can happen that quickly, can it? I've had cavities before, all in the last couple of years, but they never hurt (they were all very small).
Well, all this paranoia has got me REALLY wanting to clean well, and maybe invest in Retainer Brite or some type of cleaner sooner rather than later. I suppose if the tooth still bothers me the next few days I'll give the ortho a call; but then again, my teeth may be hurting tomorrow anyway due to the new trays.
I hope Invisalign is going to be worth it! I want straighter teeth but I'm paranoid now about all these potential problems that could arise :(
I guess I better get to bed; back to work tomorrow after a long Thanksgiving weekend, and I need my sleep!
