I changed trays Tuesday night like usual. Some pain on the bottom teeth at the beginning (usually the pain doesn't start until the next day) but nothing too bad or eventful. The chewies definitely help.
Here's my picture as of this morning, starting the second full day of the trays:

One thing I am noticing is my two top front teeth. Before, the bottoms were aligned but the top of the teeth weren't. Slowly one tooth has moved up so the tops look aligned but not the bottoms (though that can be fixed, I imagine, later to look more even). But now it looks like it's going up too much? I just noticed that this morning when taking my pictures. I hope that gets fixed later on, or else I'll definitely have refinements!
The bottoms are looking good and pretty pleased with them. If they need refinements, I don't think it will be much.
After asking about it on the bracesreview forums, I decided to get some Wisps. These are helpful when I am too lazy to go to the other side of the work building after lunch just to brush my teeth. They make my teeth feel fresh and brush off stuff, but definitely not a replacement for regular brushing (I make sure to do so after eating dinner at home).
Also I am noticing as long as I soak my trays in the Sonic Cleaner every night, and use Retainer Brite tablets every few days, I don't have to brush the trays and they don't get really gunky. They look almost as clean as when I start the trays! I just don't like using the Retainer Brite EVERY time since I want to milk them for as long as I can, and not run out - though I don't think I will. I have plenty in one box left and a whole second box to go through :)
Can't believe I'm on my next to last bottom tray! (and almost halfway done with the tops!)
